Pale blue ceramic beads I’ve shaped by hand, the soft aqua of the sea Aphrodite floats on in that famous painting, threaded with little gold beads. Three pieces made to be worn together, and to make you feel a little like a goddess.

Choose your favourite pairing from the drop down: the necklace and earrings, the necklace and bracelet, the earrings and bracelet, or the full set of all three.   • Aqua Necklace: a strand of pale blue ceramic beads with gold beads along the thread, finished with a 14ct gold filled chain. Roughly 40 to 50cm in length and adjustable, as the gold clip can be fastened into any of the chain links.

  • Aqua Bracelet: pale blue ceramic beads with gold beads scattered in between. Roughly 15 to 20cm in length and adjustable, as the clasp can clip into any of the chain links.

  • Aqua Hoops: handmade ceramic and gold filled beads on a simple 14ct gold filled hoop. Roughly 2.5cm in diameter.

  • Gold filled jewellery has 100 times more gold alloy than gold plated jewellery, meaning the layer of gold is so much thicker, tarnish resistant, and won’t turn your earlobes green.

    Ochre also offer workshops where you can learn the art of ceramics and jewellery-making, allowing you to design and make your own custom pieces.

    All Ochre’s pieces are made by sourcing only Australian clay, and Australian recycled metals. Which are then mindfully crafted by me (Lauren) in my Northern Rivers, Mullumbimby studio. I am so proud to say my studio and kiln, (used for firing all Ochre’s ceramic pieces), run on the power of the sun!
