Part of the In the Fields collection, the Mountain Necklace is a piece that carries the full story of the landscape in a single strand. Generous round beads of flower jade move through deep forest greens, golden ambers, warm ochres and soft celadons — each bead unique, each tone a different hour of the day as light shifts across the fields below Mt Chincogan. A lustrous baroque freshwater pearl sits within the strand like the quiet stream that runs along the field's edge, while a single pearl drop finishes the gold-filled chain with understated elegance.

    Ochre also offer workshops where you can learn the art of ceramics and jewellery-making, allowing you to design and make your own custom pieces.

    Offing both workshops and products, you can either learn how to create your own custom pieces or take home something already beautifully designed and crafted.

    All Ochre’s pieces are made by sourcing only Australian clay, and Australian recycled metals. Which are then mindfully crafted by me (Lauren) in my Northern Rivers, Mullumbimby studio. I am so proud to say my studio and kiln, (used for firing all Ochre’s ceramic pieces), run on the power of the sun!
