You will be taught hand building basics… How to make a pinch pot, how to coil with clay, attach handles, legs etc. and how to make sure your pieces won’t blow up in the kiln! I promise you’ll leave having created a collection of beautiful pieces… a mug to a vase, a bowl to a platter! It is up to you to let your imagination take over.

These classes are for those who have ‘wanted to try pottery for ages!’ or maybe have ‘but all the way back in high school!!’ through to those who ‘have been to so many pottery classes recently… I’m obsessed!’ The intention of Ochre’s Pottery Classes is to have you feeling spoilt in every way!!! These hand building classes are relaxed, fun.... and just a little sassy! Hosted at my beautiful light filled studio in Mullumbimby studio, 10ish minutes from Byron Bay, paired with a delicious (completely over the top) selection of local drinks and food!!!

Jewellery & Dine by Ochre & Supper Club
Jewellery & Dine a beautiful evening hosted by Supper Club & Ochre. Filled with colourful beads, a delicious seasonal 3 course meal and drinks by Byron Bay Spirits.
This evening starts with a one hour jewellery workshop with Ochre. Picture a long table, full of ceramic dishes filled with beautiful beads; glass, pearls, shell and ceramic beads, all for you to make your very own custom jewellery piece. Come and spend the most beautiful morning with me… Our Clay, Coffee + Croissants workshop is the perfect blend of creativity, connection, and indulgence, just a short drive from Byron Bay, in Mullumbimby. Ochre’s beautiful ceramics workshop offers a relaxed, beginner-friendly environment where you can:
Hand-build your own pottery. Learn to create mugs, vases, bowls, or platters using simple techniques like coiling and pinch pots, no experience needed.
Enjoy locally-sourced treat. Sip coffee or herbal tea and snack on delicious Bread Social croissants (vegan and gluten-free options available).
Unwind and connect. Perfect for couples activities, hens party ideas in Byron Bay, or birthday party activities near you.
My hope is that Ochre’s Pottery Workshops are something a little special. Just like booking a really lovely restaurant, my ethos is to create an experience that is beautifully memorable. Workshop Information
Location: Ochre Ceramics Studio, 44 Main Arm Rd, Mullumbimby a short drive from Byron Bay.
Time: Sundays 10am-12pm
Cost: A$135 per person
All pieces are fired and glazed for you after the session, ready for pickup or optional shipping.

You will be taught hand building basics… How to make a pinch pot, how to coil with clay, attach handles, legs etc. and how to make sure your pieces won’t blow up in the kiln! I promise you’ll leave having created a collection of beautiful pieces… a mug to a vase, a bowl to a platter! It is up to you to let your imagination take over.
My hope is that Ochre’s Pottery Workshops are the perfect date, celebration, treat to yourself, or extra special catch up with someone you love.
After our workshop I will then glaze + fire your beautiful creations for you to pick up a few weeks later. (Posting is also an option.)

Ochre’s workshops are a beautiful ‘entree’ into the world of clay. These classes are for those who have ‘wanted to try pottery for ages!’ or maybe have ‘but all the way back in high school!!’ through to those who ‘have been to so many pottery classes recently… I’m obsessed!’ The intention of Ochre’s Pottery Classes is to have you feeling spoilt in every way!!! These hand building classes are relaxed, fun.... and just a little sassy! Hosted at my beautiful light filled studio in Mullumbimby studio, 10ish minutes from Byron Bay, paired with a delicious (completely over the top) selection of local drinks and food!!!

Enjoy a glass of wine, jazzy music, and a table of lovely ceramic dishes filled with beautiful pieces to create with. Join us for an evening of creativity, connection, and music at our Jewellery, Jazz + Wine workshop, just 15 minutes from Byron Bay in Mullumbimby.
This unique event allows you to design and create your very own custom pieces, anything from earrings, necklaces, bracelets and more, all while sipping wine and enjoying a delicious platter.

Time: Friday’s 5-7pm or Saturday’s 3-5pm.
Cost: A$135 per person
You will have access to a beautiful collection of pearls, handmade ceramic beads, colourful glass beads + high quality gold filled and sterling silver silver jewellery findings. Everything you need to create anything from earrings, bracelets, necklaces… even anklets. You will be taught jewellery basics… How to make use findings, string, wire + attach. And don’t worry, I will be helping with design and assembling each of your pieces.
