A special Spring / Summer Vase Workshop. Imagine flowers all over the table, a deliciously over the top platter and of course a lovely glass of wine (or 3). All paired with a 2 hour workshop tailored to making your very own custom vase/jug.
My hope is that Ochre’s Workshops are something a little special. Just like booking a really lovely restaurant and having a beautiful meal, my ethos is to create an experience that offerings something memorable.
Workshop Information
Location: Ochre Ceramics Studio, 44 Main Arm Rd, Mullumbimby a short drive from Byron Bay.
Cost: A$135 per person
Time: 2 Hours.
Includes: Making one large pieces or two smaller ones. A delicious platter and more than a few glasses of wine.
All pieces are fired and glazed for you after the session, ready for pickup or optional shipping.

This workshop is tailored to making a Vase, Jug, Carafe.
You will be taught hand building basics… How to make a pinch pot, how to coil with clay, attach handles, ect.
You are very welcome to come into the class with a little project in mind, and we will do our best to help you
Please note for more involved pieces like lamps and teapots we offer specific classes as they need more guidance and time to make.

Ochre’s workshops are a beautiful ‘entree’ into the world of clay. These classes are for those who have ‘wanted to try pottery for ages!’ or maybe have ‘but all the way back in high school!!’ through to those who ‘have been to so many pottery classes recently… I’m obsessed!’ The intention of Ochre’s Pottery Classes is to have you feeling spoilt in every way!!! These hand building classes are relaxed, fun.... and just a little sassy! Hosted at my beautiful light filled studio in Mullumbimby studio, 10ish minutes from Byron Bay, paired with a delicious (completely over the top) selection of local drinks and food!!!
My hope is that Ochre’s Pottery Workshops are the perfect date, celebration, treat to yourself, or extra special catch up with someone you love.
After our workshop I will then glaze + fire your beautiful creations for you to pick up a few weeks later. Posting is also an option.
